By
unanimous vote, the Committee approved the application subject
to:
·      
The planning conditions set out in the
officer’s report with minor amendments to the conditions as
drafted delegated to officers including:

o  
the deletion of condition 13 as set out in the
Amendment Sheet; and

o  
an amendment to condition 8 to require the developer
to repair any damage to the road caused by the development, so that
the road was returned to the condition it was in prior to
construction of the development. The drafting of the amendment to
condition 8 was delegated to officers in consultation with the
Chair and Vice-Chair of Planning Committee.
