The South Hams Audit and Governance (Hearing) Sub Committee considers complaints about alleged breaches of the Member's Code of Conduct by South Hams District, Town, and Parish Councillors. It meets on an ad-hoc basis when required, with meetings attended by three Sub Committee members, the Chairman of the Council, and the Vice Chairman, all of whom have received specialist training.
