The Planning Committee mainly determines applications for planning permission and generally meets every four weeks. These meetings are webcast and can be viewed here.
South Holland District Council offers the opportunity for residents, applicants and consultees to speak at Planning Committee meetings through its Public Speaking Scheme. A copy of the Public Speaker Leaflet can be found here. Anyone wishing to speak, as a supporter or objector, should register by telephone with the Public Speaking Officer (tel: 01775 764725 or email: planningadvice@sholland.gov.uk).
