Purpose

To undertake upgrade of existing boilers,
central heating pumps and Building Management System (BMS) Control
Panels and associated works as detailed in the tender specification
documents in the two named buildings.

Decision

That approval is granted to enter a contract
with Enhanced Energy Solutions following the procurement of boiler
upgrade works.
