Purpose

To seek approval to award a contract
to Baydale Control Systems Limited for the servicing and
maintenance of automatic doors and door entry systems.  The contract would be awarded for a period of 2
years with the option to extend for a further 1 year plus 1
year.

To approve the award of a contract to
Baydale Control Systems Limited with an
annual contract value of up to £30k for a period of 2 years
with the option to extend for a further 1 year plus 1 year.
