Purpose

To seek
approval for the variation of works to the existing Customer
Services fit out contract previously awarded to Lindum Group Ltd
for the inclusion of a solar PV system to serve the Customer
Services and existing Picture House Council Office.
 

Decision

That
approval is granted to the variation of works to the existing
Customer Services fit out contract previously awarded to Lindum
Group Ltd for the inclusion of a solar PV system to serve the
Customer Services and existing Picture House Council
Office.   The increase in budget
for the fit out by £30k will be met from the property
maintenance reserve.
