To seek approval for the implementation of an
interim pay award to reflect the Real Living Wage increase for
2025/26 with effect from 1st April 2025.

Decision

To approve the implementation of an interim
pay award to reflect the Real Living Wage increase for 2025/26 with
effect from 1st April 2025 in respect of pay grades SK2 to SK7.
