Purpose

To seek authority from the Assistant Director – Planning & Growth to progress a Public Path Diversion Order under Section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the diversion of public footpath Hac/3/1 following the grant of planning permission S23/1945.

Decision

To agree the provisional Order to divert public footpath Hac/3/1 following the grant of planning permission S23/1945, and start the process outlined at paragraph 2.11 of the Officer Delegated Decision report.
