Purpose

To seek approval to award a contract to Kompan Limited to undertake play equipment
inspections across the district for a period of 13 months, bringing
it in line with the Council’s financial calendar at the end
of 2025/26.

approval is granted to enter a contract with Kompan Limited for a period of 13 months, to
undertake monthly operational inspections on play equipment and
provide updated details on life expectancy.
