The Licensing Sub-Committee is responsible for considering and deciding on various licensing applications within Southwark. This includes applications for general safety certificates for sports stadiums, street trading and markets, and film classification. The sub-committee also handles other licensing duties delegated to it by statute and has the authority to revoke licences and registrations that are reserved to the main licensing committee.
