About

The Countryside and Rights of Way Panel is responsible for considering applications related to public rights of way and village greens. It reviews proposals for creating or altering footpaths and bridleways, as well as changes to the definitive map of Public Rights of Way. The panel also handles applications for the registration of village greens. Most decisions, except for those concerning village greens, are delegated to the Director for Finance and Resources.
