The Property Sub-Committee of Staffordshire Council on 16 September 2026 approved the statutory transfer of land at St Elizabeth's Catholic Primary School. The freehold interest of the access road was transferred to Birmingham Roman Catholic Diocesan Trustees for no consideration. The Council is responsible for the reasonable legal costs of the Trustees in connection with the transfer.
