A previous transfer in 1978 had omitted this small section of the access road. The land will be transferred at nil consideration, meaning no payment will be made, and future maintenance responsibilities will pass to the trustees. No material, strategic, operational, or community risks were identified. Councillor Sean Bagguley, Cabinet Member for Finance and Resources, presented the recommendation, which was supported by Ian Turner, Assistant Director for Commercial and Assets.
