Decision

The Cabinet has agreed to recommend that the Council Meeting give approval to the making of an amendment to Article 14.03(b)(i) in the Council’s Constitution to insert the following provision:-

“For the purposes of Rule 14.03 (b) above, significant expenditure or savings are expenditure or savings in excess of £500,000, save for any decision to apply scheme-specific third-party grants or contributions towards expenditure where the net cost to the Council of the decision is otherwise below the level of significant expenditure or savings, and the decision would not otherwise be categorised as key by virtue of any other definition.”
