Purpose

This report provides an update in relation to the recommendations agreed in the CAN Seed and Catalyst Funds Scrutiny Review, which reported to Housing, Economy & Environment (HE&E) Scrutiny Committee in March 2026.

Decision

The Cabinet has given approval to its response to the recommendations contained in the ‘Operation of CAN Seed Fund and CAN Catalyst Fund’ Scrutiny Review carried out by the Housing, Economy & Environment Scrutiny Committee.
