Purpose

To note the work under way across
Gloucestershire in response to the statutory invitation from the
Government to the county council and six district councils in
Gloucestershire to develop proposals for Local Government
Reorganisation, and to authorise the Leader of the Council to sign
the letter of response from all seven councils to Government
setting out initial proposals.
