The Surrey Local Firefighters' Pension Board assists the Fire and Rescue Authority Scheme Manager in ensuring the Firefighters' Pension Scheme is governed and administered effectively and efficiently. It works to secure compliance with scheme regulations, related legislation, and requirements from the Pensions Regulator. The Board also ensures adherence to the Code of Practice on the governance and administration of public service pension schemes.
