RESOLVED:
 

That SIB agree the Connect2Surrey
business plan prepared by the company and reviewed by the
Shareholder Investment Panel (SHIP).
For SHIP to review the fee structure
and overheads of Connect2Surrey.
For Connect2Surrey to maximise the
opportunities that Local Government Reorganisation brings.

 
Reasons for
Decisions:
 
To ensure the company business plan is aligned with the
company’s agreed strategy and the Council’s investment
strategy.
