Award of a 4-year contract for emergency
response contingency arrangements for Surrey Fire and Rescue
Service through an Open Tender procedure.
 
This includes business continuity for Joint
Fire Control call handling and dispatch services and business
continuity for firefighters.

As part of the procurement process, a full
options appraisal was conducted. Retendering this contract via an
Open Tender was selected as the most appropriate route to
market.
 
An evaluation panel assessed the tenders
received for value for money to determine the Most Economically
Advantageous Tender.
