RESOLVED:
 

That Cabinet agrees the 2025/26
Youth Justice Plan and recommends its approval by Council at its
meeting on 14 October 2025.

 
Reason for
Decisions:
 
An annual youth justice plan is a statutory
requirement for local authorities. This plan has been prepared
following national guidance from the Youth Justice Board. The Youth
Justice Plan forms part of Surrey County Council’s Policy
Framework and must be approved by full Council in line with Article
4 of the Constitution.
