Purpose

For Cabinet to receive a regular update on the performance of the
fund for noting.

RESOLVED:
 

That Cabinet
agrees to fund the full amount requested of up to £600,000
(out of a total project cost of £2,411,267, 25%) comprised
of:

·        
£600,000 of capital funding towards the
creation of a pavilion to be paid in staged payments, on evidence
of spend

·        
Including 5% to be held by SCC until final evidence
of income, expenditure, building control sign-off

·        
Noting funding would be conditional on the
following:

                             
i.       
Either all other funding being in place for the
original project

                           
ii.       
Or a formal review of the scope and cost to match
the available funding. The scope to be formally approved by SCC
within agreed timeframes, ahead of Local Government reorganisation
within Surrey 

That Cabinet authorises Legal Services to seal the
Funding Agreement
