RESOLVED:
 

1.   
That the Cabinet Member approves the full amount requested of
£135,000 (26% of total cost £525,000), comprised
of:
•   £135,000 of capital funding towards
the development of a new 3G pitch to be paid in staged payments, on
evidence of spend.
•   Including 5% to be held by Surrey County
Council (SCC) until final evidence of income, expenditure, and
completion.
•   Noting funding would be conditional on the
following within 6 months of decision:
i.          
   Planning permission being
granted.
ii.         Football
Foundation funding being granted.
iii.        Lease signed
with Woking Borough Council.
 

2.   
That the Cabinet Member Authorises Legal Services to seal the
Funding Agreement.
