RESOLVED:
 

That the Cabinet Member
approves to fund the full amount requested of
£499,000 (£1,522,800 total project cost;
33%) comprised of:  

·        
£499,000 (33% of total project cost) of capital
funding towards the development of Peer
Place to be paid in staged payments, on evidence of
spend. 
·        
Including 5% to be held by SCC until final evidence of
income, expenditure, building control and completion
sign-off. 
·        
Noting funding would be conditional on the
following: 
                     
i.       
Signed lease  
                    
ii.       
All other funding in place for the main build and fit out.
 

That the Cabinet Member authorises
Legal Services to seal the Funding Agreement.
