Purpose
To consider the month end budget report and
make any recommendations as appropriate.

RESOLVED:
That Cabinet notes the
Council’s forecast revenue budget and capital budget for the
year.
That Cabinet approves the
reallocation of capital funding of £2m in 2026/27, originally
approved for the development of a strategic business case for the
long-term future of sixteen residential homes. This will enable
investment in two homes, to address essential condition works
required to enable the extension of the current arrangements for
seven homes, subject to finalised scope and cost
validation.
That Cabinet delegates authority to
the Executive Director for Adults, Wellbeing and Health
Partnerships, in consultation with the Section 151 Officer and
Monitoring Officer, to undertake all negotiation, authorise
decisions and enter into any necessary agreements to enable the
essential condition works on the two homes to be undertaken.
