The Cabinet Member for Property, Waste and Infrastructure formally declared land at Salisbury Road, Worcester Park, as surplus to operational requirements and approved a freehold land swap on 26 May 2026. Authority was delegated to the Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director for Resources to finalise the transaction, including a right for the Scouts to use transferred land until new road access is constructed.
