The Cabinet Member for Environment and Planning approved the Biodiversity Duty Report for publication, and the Cabinet Member for Highways, Transport and Economic Growth decided to apply to the Magistrate's Court for orders to stop up land at Aldenholme, Weybridge, and Fairmile Park Copse, Cobham, subject to objections being resolved.
