Purpose

The Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) have appointed Surrey County Council (SCC) as the Accountable Body for delivering Connect to Work across Surrey, and the programme’s aims support our ambition of having No One Left Behind in the County. Connect to Work in Surrey will support up to 2,500 people into work between 2025 and 2030 and forms a part of our local Get Surrey Working plan.

Following a compliant Open Procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 the Economy & Growth Department would like to award the contract to Fedcap Employment Ltd. The awarded supplier will deliver a service to 600 participants between 2026/27 and 2029/30 using the SEQF model and approach.
