Decision

The Cabinet Member for Property, Waste and Infrastructure:

1. Approved the sale of Enacot, Moor Lane, Woking GU22 9RB to the party, at the price and subject to the conditions, noted in the part 2 report. The sale is conditional upon the simultaneous surrender of the headlease held over the asset by HGR which has been agreed by the HGR Board.
2. Approvds the sale of Middle Lodge, St. Anne's Drive, Redhill RH1 1AU to the party, at the price and subject to the conditions, noted in the part 2 report. The sale is conditional upon the simultaneous surrender of the headlease held over the asset by HGR which has been agreed by the HGR Board.
3. Approved the sale of 9 Tannery Lane, Gosden Common, Bramley, GU5 0AD to the party, at the price and subject to the conditions, noted in the part 2 report. The sale is conditional upon the simultaneous surrender of the headlease held over the asset by HGR which has been agreed by the HGR Board.
4. Approved the sale of 45 Little Woodcote Estate, Woodmansterne Lane, Wallington SM6 0SW to the party, at the price and subject to the conditions, noted in the part 2 report. The sale is conditional upon the simultaneous surrender of the headlease held over the asset by HGR which has been agreed by the HGR Board.
5. Delegated authority to the Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director of Resources (s151 Officer) and the Director of Land and Property to finalise the transaction and enter into all associated legal agreements with any variations or changes to the terms to be agreed in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Property, Waste and Infrastructure.
6. Accepted the surrender and approves the HGR premiums for the surrender of its interest from the gross receipts and notes there is debt aligned to these assets, with parties bearing their own costs and appointments of their own professional team.
