Purpose

This tender was for the design, supply, delivery, and installation of modern, modular classroom accommodation at St. Martin’s Primary School at their Dorking site, to support the Council’s obligations as per the executed Cross Transfer Agreement, a legal agreement that is in place between Surrey County Council and the Trust.

The building will provide high-quality, accessible learning space to ensure sufficient space is still available for pupils, as the current two temporary classroom blocks have reached the end of their serviceable life. Ensuring continuity of the education provision. Delivery is required within a compressed programme to achieve handover in advance of the next academic year.

The procurement route was a direct award under the NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) Framework Lot 3.1 Education Modular Buildings.
