The Cabinet Member:
 
1.           
Approved the full amount requested of £244,892 composed
of:

 

•      
£211,498 of capital funding towards the redevelopment of
Warlingham Sports Club to be paid in staged payments on evidence of
spend.
 

•      
£22,262 to be held by SCC as contingency funding, for release
only upon an evidenced request.
 

•      
£11,131 (5%) to be held by SCC until final evidence of
income, expenditure and evaluation has been received.
