Decision

That the Housing & Planning Portfolio Holder approves and authorises the completion of the Deeds of Variation for the Section 106 Agreements for housing developments relating to land at:-

(i)     Rochford Road, St. Osyth;

(ii)    Thorpe Road, Kirby Cross; and

(iii)   Ingrams Piece, Ardleigh.

Reasons for the decision

A formal decision was required in order to vary the Section 106 Agreements as requested.
