Deputy Leader of the Council and Economic Growth, Regeneration & Tourism Portfolio Holder decided to submit the detailed Planning Application for the Government funded LUF scheme at the Carnarvon Terrace site, Clacton-on-Sea on 09/12/2024. This decision enables the submission of the Planning Application which will enable a Planning Permission to be obtained and the delivery of the project to progress.
