Purpose

For the Director of Planning and Communities to write to AE Partners Ltd (YourStride) on 15th October 2024 requesting a variation to the Council's current contract with that company. This is with a view to restricting the number of new service users that can be served through Careline under this third party contract.
This change is requested as an operational measure in light of a significant increase in user numbers in recent months and the pressure and resource cost being placed on Careline to provide the specific service required by YourStride.
