Purpose

Brightlingsea TC would have requested to release £3227 for the improvements to Pawsons play area. This is a well used area by both residents and visitors to enable the play area to continue to operate then some improvements need to be made.

Decision

To release S106 money to Brightlingsea Town Council for improvements and maintenance to the play area at Pawsons play area on Western Promenade
