Decision

To agree and authorise the Corporate Director – Planning and Community to serve notice of termination on the following organisations in respect of services provided to them by Tendring Careline:
• Acticheck Ltd;
• Compass Property Management;
• Colne Housing (Eastlight Community Homes);
• Disabilities Trust;
• Lee Valley Regional Park Authority;
• Methodist Homes (MHA);
• New Frinton Grand RTM Company Limited;
• Peabody Trust;
• Regency Lodge;
• St Mary Magdalene
Almshouse Charity; and
•Winnocks and Kendalls Almshouse Charity.
For all letters giving notice of termination to be sent in April or May 2025 with the intention that contracts and services with all of the above-listed parties will come to an end before the end of August 2025.
