Decision

To appoint Eunomia Research and Consulting Ltd. to provide further financial advice and finance related support in respect of the waste and recycling collection and street cleaning services contract procurement.

Alternative options considered

The alternative is to not commission any further work from Eunomia but that would leave officers to amend the spreadsheets and other documents they have developed with the risk that errors could occur. In view of that and the fact they are well embedded as part of the project team this option is not preferred.
