Elmstead Market Parish Council wish to release S106 for the installation on new dogs bins. Following the adoption of a new open space, Charity Fields.

Decision

To release £400.00 of Section 106 money to Elmstead Market Parish Council, for the installation of new dog waste bins on their new open space known as Charity Fields, under project 289.

Alternative options considered

The alternative would be not to allocate this money and return the contribution to the developer.
