Purpose

Tendring District Council wish to request to release a further £20,000 of S.106 money secured in respect of 18/02109/OUT, for improvements at Dovercourt Pool play area.
A request to release £31,200.15 was made on 14.11.2025 from 22/01227/VOC and 23/00838/VOC to replace a multi play unit at Dovercourt Pool. However, through the procurement process, it has been established that suitable replacements will cost £50,000.00. This request is for an additional £20,000.00 from the application shown below to enable the improvements to be undertaken
