Ward members representing the most severely affected Parishes of Ardleigh, Little Bromley and Lawford have been involved throughout the evolution of the Statement of Common Ground (SoCG) between TDC and National Grid including regularly consultation TDC officers and the relevant ward Members of these most severely affected Parishes providing them with frequent updates on the evolution of the SoCG.
The decision is required to ensure the final signed SoCG between TDC and Nat Grid is submitted on time by deadline 7 of the DCO process.
Concurrence has been obtained in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Housing & Planning, Cllr. A Baker.
