Purpose

Under the powers delegated to the Corporate Director (Planning and Community) and further delegated by them to appropriate Officers under Schedule 2 of Part 3 of the Constitution, the discharge of the Town and Country Planning and Conservation functions as specified in
Schedule 1 to the Local Authorities (Functions and Responsibilities (England) Regulations 2000 (as amended) and as detailed in Appendix 1 to Part 3 of the Constitution.
Matters delegated to the Tree and Landscape Officer and powers relating to the preservation of trees under Ss.197 to 214D Town and Country Planning Act and the Trees Regulations 1999.
To create a provisional Tree Preservation Order under reference 26/00013/TPO

Decision

To create a provisional tree preservation order under reference 26/00013/TPO for land south of Jennings Farm, Ardleigh Road, Little Bromley.

Alternative options considered

Consideration has been given to LGR, however, no implications were established with this process.
