Purpose

Under the powers delegated to the Corporate Director (Planning and Community) and further delegated by them to appropriate Officers under Schedule 2 of Part 3 of the Constitution, the discharge of the Town and Country Planning and Conservation functions as specified in Schedule 1 to the Local Authorities (Functions and Responsibilities (England) Regulations 2000 (as amended) and as detailed in Appendix 1 to Part 3 of the Constitution.
Powers relating to entering into an agreement regulating development or use of land under Ss.106 Agreement of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Legal Agreement / Deed of Variation (delete as applicable) in relation to Planning Permission for 25/00574/FUL Ss.106 Agreement in relation to this application can be found in the documents section of Public Access under reference 25/00574/FUL and 26/01194/S106.

Decision

Completion of Legal Agreement in relation to Planning Permission for 25/00574/FUL.

Alternative options considered

Consideration has been given to LGR, however, no implications were established in the preparation of this legal agreement.
