To approve the £100,000 funding
for the Food Waste Communications Plan, as set out in paragraph 6.1
of the report.

To approve the provision of a kitchen
caddy liner ‘starter pack’, as set out in paragraph
6.14 of the report.
3. 
To approve providing free kitchen and
kerbside caddies and communal bins for up to 12 months following
the launch, as set out in paragraph 6.27 of the
report.
