Licensing Sub Committee

The Licensing Sub-Committee comprises three members, with each Sub-Committee that sits being made up of a different combination based upon membership from the Licensing Board.   Each Sub-Committee sits to hear applications for premises licences under the 2003 Act where local residents, the Environmental Health Officer, the Fire Officer or the Police, or a combination of these, have made a representation against the application.
