About

This task and finish group examines Thurrock Council's ability to deliver major private and housing stock projects. It will analyse successful and unsuccessful partnerships, identify best practices and lessons learned from new builds, and work with the Planning, Transport and Regeneration Overview and Scrutiny Committee. The group's findings and recommendations will be reported back to the main committee and presented to the Housing and Planning, Transport and Regeneration Overview and Scrutiny Committees.
