Purpose

Thurrock Council’s Transport Delivery team received
requests from Grays Ward Members along with residents during 2023
to reinvestigate a proposed Permit Parking Area (PPA), namely Area
J, which includes Benson Road, Kent Road, Richmond Road and
Salisbury Road, Grays, Thurrock (originally consulted in
2017).
