the Assistant Chief
Executive, after consultation with the Leader, Cabinet Member for
Change and Improvement, Cabinet Member for Resources and Cabinet
Member for Good Growth, Chief Executive, S151 and Monitoring
Officer approves entering into the legally binding agreements
required to deliver the Freeport between the Council, Thames
Freeport Limited, the shareholders of Thames Freeport Limited,
organisations represented on the Governing Body:

Agreement with the Governing Body
Thames Freeport Accountable Body
Agreement with Thames Freeport Limited
