Purpose

The decision is:

Approval to proceed with the proposal to make a
Public Path Diversion Order to divert Public Footpath
147.

 

1.2         
Approval for the Order to be sent out for
consultation. 
 

1.3         
Approval that subject
to no objections being received, a confirmation of the Order will
be advertised to formally complete this part of the
process.

 

1.4         
Approval that should an objection be received and
not resolved, that Officers can refer it to the Planning
Inspectorate for a decision.
 
 
The reason for the decision is:
 
To align with the
Planning permission following the construction of the bund and
realignment of Footpath 147.
