Purpose

The decision is:
 

1.1         
Approval to proceed with the process of the
stopping-up of Whitehall Lane Fobbing under section 116 of the
Highways Act 1980.

 

1.2         
Approval to proceed with the advertising of the
Notices which are required in the local Gazette, in the London
Gazette, onsite and on the Councils website and given to all
interested parties under Part 1 of Schedule 12 of this Act, at
least 28 days from the court date.

 
 
The decision on this matter is urgent and
cannot reasonably be delayed.
The reason for my decision is:
 
Whitehall Lane has
no requirement to remain as Highway and therefore this process
allows us to reduce liability.
