The Cabinet is the Executive arm of Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council, responsible for making key decisions and overseeing council services. It is composed of the Leader and Cabinet members, each holding portfolios for specific areas such as housing, finance, and planning. Major decisions are typically made collectively by the full Cabinet and are published in advance. Individual Cabinet members also hold responsibility for their designated service areas.
