The Licensing Sub Committee is made up of 3 Members of the Licensing Committee. In summary, the Sub Committee will determine applications to grant, vary or review a license submitted under the Licensing Act 2003 where representations have been made. For further information about attending meetings, see the guidance in agendas. A timetable for meeting dates and deadlines can be found here. The meetings are open to the public to attend. It may be necessary to convene additional meetings of the Committee should urgent business arise. The website will be updated accordingly when these meetings are arranged. Speaking at meetings of the Sub Committee. Only interested parties may address the Sub Committee (those who have made a valid representation) and the applicant and their representatives. Although the Sub Committee may allow other persons to present any interested parties evidence or to give supporting evidence.
